Magpie 89 'Dear Daring'

My love sent me a letter, typed in a romantic font, tied with a red ribbon.

It said:

'My daring
I ove you
I ove you more each day
I ove you aways
You are the ove of my ife'

Shame about the 'L' key.

I replied.

'I ove you too
my daring'.

My 'L' key worked but I somehow prefer to be called 'daring' than 'darling'.

A Magpie Tale thanks Tess.

Struck a chord with me. My 'w' key is a rather sticky key.

I agree daring is much better than darling!!! No shame at all. Fun read Brigid.

Nice one Brigid - do you remember the physical effort to makes those keys work?

I ove this take on the typewriter!

Ooo, this is a tempting Magpie prompt. Do I have time to write something? Do I have time to squeeze it into a post this week?

It's a fun piece - I like the playfulness of it - you can see that you write poetry.
